They develop and implement innovative programs and projects that utilize the creative arts as a vehicle to open young minds and hearts to the immensity of life's possibilities... to imagine, to dare, to create. They believe young people need a place where they can explore as on a journey the depths of their courage. Where that courage leads them at the end of each journey is the fire of imagination, knowledge and self-worth.
